Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use EZ Clean Connect, an enquiry and connection service operated by Jordan John Cordell, a sole trader trading as EZ Service Group (ABN 56 240 334 398).

Our role

EZ Service Group does not perform cleaning work. We review submitted enquiries and may connect a customer with one potential independent cleaning provider operating in the requested service and area. A provider may pay EZ Service Group a fee for receiving the lead. Customers do not pay EZ Service Group to submit an enquiry.

Independent providers

Providers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, partners or representatives of EZ Service Group. Unless we expressly state otherwise, we do not supervise their work or guarantee their licensing, insurance, qualifications, availability or suitability. The provider is responsible for discussing availability, inspecting or assessing the job where needed, issuing any quote and agreeing the scope, price, timing, payment, cancellation and service terms directly with the customer.

Any cleaning contract is between the customer and provider. Customers should consider the provider’s identity, experience, insurance, quote and terms before agreeing to work.

Enquiries and contact

Submitting an enquiry asks us to review it and permits us to share it with one potential provider for that requested job. It does not guarantee that a provider will be identified, that a provider will accept the work, any response time, availability, price or cleaning outcome.

An enquiry is free and does not oblige the customer to accept a quote. The submitted contact details may be used for the requested enquiry but not for unrelated marketing without separate consent.

Information you provide

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise authorised to arrange the requested service. Please provide accurate contact and job information and do not submit unlawful, misleading or unnecessarily sensitive material. Do not submit access codes or key locations. If you provide another person’s information, you must have their authority to do so.

Withdrawal

You may ask us to withdraw an enquiry before it is shared by emailing hello@ezservicegroup.com.au. Once an authorised disclosure has occurred it cannot be reversed, but you may tell us and the provider not to make further contact.

Provider selection

We use the requested service, location, availability information and provider-supplied business details when identifying a potential provider. A referral is a connection decision, not a guarantee, recommendation or endorsement of the provider or their work.

Problems and complaints

Questions about a quote or cleaning work should first be raised with the provider. Questions about the enquiry, referral, privacy handling or representations made by EZ Clean Connect can be sent to hello@ezservicegroup.com.au.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, EZ Service Group is not responsible for acts, omissions, quotes, contractual promises or cleaning work of an independent provider. EZ Service Group remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations in operating the enquiry service.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the enquiry service and may update these terms. The current version will be published here. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
